I am still here, but I have feeling that not for too long. I am still losing my mucus plug and still contracting. After I see my doc today I'll know what;s next. I would love to hold at least until Friday when my mom arrives.
Some friends of ours came over yesterday and helped dh finish up lots of stuff. The nursery is taking some shape and it is looking lovely. Some friends also brought dinner. I have the essentials taken care of and this makes me much more relaxed. I take my hat off to any woman that stayed in bed rest, it is such a venerable and challenging position to be, to depend completely in others... but it is for a good cause.
I am surprisingly calm and I trust that God is in control
If you dont hear from me until tonight you might assume that Lyla is on her way.

Good luck. I'm glad your friends were able to help and make you feel at least a little more prepared for Lyla's arrival.
I will anxiously await your update after the doctor's appt.
I am glad your friends were able to pitch in. I know of what you speak--I was on bedrest for preeclampscia for 2 1/2 weeks before Michael was born. Its a tough to be so helpless--but it is so worth it!
